Terms and Conditions of Gem Glamour

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gem Glamour website and the services provided by Gem Glamour . By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

Wigs can be returned to Gemglamour under the following conditions:

  1. Time Frame: Wigs must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Original Packaging: The wig must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. Condition: The wig should not have been worn or used, and any hygiene seals must be intact.
  4. Faulty Items: If the wig is faulty, it can be returned after the 14-day period, but customers must follow the complaint procedure.
  5. Hygiene Reasons: Worn items cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
  6. Sales Items: Products that are on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return.
  7. No Faulty Items: If the item is not faulty, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been opened.

1. Services

Gem Glamour offers hairstyling, makeup artistry, and photography services. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our Website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

- Booking:

Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us directly through our email or contact number provided on the website.

  • 30% payment is required to secure your booking.
  • The prices listed on our website are mainly for our studio / home service sessions within Sheffield kindly contact for home service price list for outside Sheffield
  • TRAVEL FEE OUTSIDE SHEFFIELD ( MINIMUM £50 )
  • PRICE IS FIXED
  • For all bridal and event enquiries , kindly send a message to discuss your specific needs and requirements
  • Kindly note that Our studio and home service price lists are not for brides • If you are a bride, please refrain from booking our home service and studio service as bridal services are priced differently.
  • Failure to comply with the policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- Cancellations:

  • Clients must provide at least 96hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Once your appointment has been canceled, you have three days to book a new appointment. Failure to book within three days will result in the forfeiture of said deposit. A new deposit will be required for future bookings.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice will be considered a cancellation resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits cannot be used for rescheduling

- Lateness to Appointment :

At Gem Glamour, we strive to provide all our clients with the best possible service. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have established the following policies regarding lateness to appointments:

  • Punctuality: We kindly ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Arriving on time allows us to provide the full service you deserve.
  • Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. Therefore, we offer a grace period of 5minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive within this grace period, we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Late Arrivals Beyond Grace Period:
    • If you arrive after the grace period, we may need to shorten your service duration to accommodate our schedule. This may result in a modification of the services provided.
    • 10 MIN OR MORE LATENESS AFTER APPOINTMENT TIME ATTRACTS £10 CHARGES THAT MUST BE PAID
    • If you are more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to consider your appointment as a "no-show," and you may be charged a cancellation fee of £50
    • Communication: If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation based on our schedule.
    • Rescheduling: If you arrive late and cannot receive the full service, you may have the option to reschedule your appointment for a later date, subject to availability.

3. PAYMENT :

All service prices are listed on our Website and are subject to change. We will inform you of any changes before your appointment.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their needs, allergies, and any relevant medical conditions.

5. Photography Services

By booking a photography session, clients grant Gem Glamour the right to use images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • SELECTION OF EXTRA PICTURES WILL BE £15 PER PICTURE
  • MORE THAN 3 OUTFITS WILL BE EXTRA £75 PER OUTFIT
  • WE DO NOT GIVE UNEDITED PICTURES UNLESS BEING PAID FOR(£100)

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
